Birkenstock Arizona Slide in Copper I feel like these sandals say a lot about me - practical, but a little extra ;) I love Birkenstocks because they offer great support, and they're super comfortable for walking in the summertime. Supportive shoes can help with foot problems, and help to keep your back in alignment. They can be an investment, but I think it's totally worthwhile to have good walking shoes or sandals. You can shop the ones I've been loving this spring HERE. Flower Chart Graphic T-Shirt from Target I've been loving this T-shirt that I picked up at Target. It's super comfortable, and the flower graphics totally won me over. A couple of things to keep in mind:
Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash Extension Mascara I've been loving this mascara from Thrive Causemetics. It's a bit cleaner than most conventional mascaras (a 5 on the EWG scale, not perfect, but progress not perfection). The main reason that I'm loving it so much is because it's a tubing mascara, so it doesn't smudge or smear under your eyes (raccoon eyes, anyone?), which is something that I've always had an issue with. If you also struggle with the raccoon eye sitch, I definitely suggest giving this a try, as it really has held up well for me. Beautycounter Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer Now that the sun has come out and spring is officially here, I'm all about lighter coverage and SPF. This tinted moisturizer has a light, dewy coverage and a non-nano zinc oxide physical SPF 20, which is perfect for incidental sun exposure. Redmond Earthpaste I used a different natural toothpaste for years, but it contained glycerin. I recently became aware that glycerin can keep your teeth from remineralizing, so I wanted to find a safe, natural option that was glycerin-free. I found Earthpaste and I've been really pleased. It has a super clean ingredient list, and my mouth feels really clean after brushing. I've been using the unsweetened spearmint, and while it took some getting used to initially, I now love that it isn't sweet- it makes me realize how dependent we as a society are on sugar, that we need to have our toothpaste sweetened! Primally Pure Dry Shampoo As a busy Mama and business owner, I don't want to wash and blow dry my hair more than I need to. But conventional dry shampoos are full of a lot of not so desirable ingredients (you can read more about that HERE), and finding a safer option was really important to me. Primally Pure's dry shampoo is a great option that uses kaolin clay and arrowroot powder to absorb extra oil without over-drying, and organic essential oils to freshen up your scalp. Beauty by Earth Self Tanner
Beauty by Earth was nice enough to send me their self tanner to try, and I really like it! It's very clean - it rates a 1 on the EWG app, and it provides a really subtle, natural looking glow. I highly recommend! What are some products you're loving lately? Let me know in the comments! *This post contains affiliate links. However, I don't share any products that I don't absolutely love and use personally. Promise.
